Flash Banner in Banner Module

Hello,
I've been looking for a solution on this for a long time. Is there anyway to include a flash banner in the banner module? I have one client who wants a flash banner and I can't seem to get it to work. I would like to exhaust efforts before asking the client to change to a static jpeg/gif banner.
I currently have 4 banners, 3 are jpeg/gif and the fourth a flash banner. To clarify, I just want the flash to appear in rotation with the others...
