Nothing impressive here. A news template with a simple design. But for those who need a news template i am sure its good news. I wont be able to use this one as none of my clients need a news template

I must admit -I'd also like this Pill styling built in - I have no clue where to start. It seems strange that Gantry has an option to enable it...but it won't generally work because styling is not included. OK, it's eye candy, flashy, unnecessary...but I LIKE IT!!
Go on, go on, go on, go on...pleeeaase?

OK, but this just proves the point more. When you enable/disable the pill in the Gantry settings, it should have the desired effect. You shouldn't have to custom code/css/whatever to get it working. If it is so easy, then add it to all templates and make the gantry selector work properly!

That's a decision of the dev/design-team ... if it fits the design they will add it if they think i doesnt fit they wont add it ...
Imho: It just doesn't makes sense in every template ...

IMHO it fits EVERY template. It should be a matter of customer choice, not dev/design. ESPECIALLY, as you make it out to be an easy thing for them to add. If they think it doesn't make sense on a particular template, then they just have the option toggled off by default. But, when a customer wants to switch it on, it should be there waiting for them.
I won't argue it anymore as we're going in circles. I'll agree to disagree... but I'm right.
