One thing is for certain, everyone I know can find me on the first of the month getting my exercise. I'm at RT!
Here's my schedule (Eastern Standard Time):
-
4:30 a.m. Wake up make coffee
4:32 a.m. Go to RT
4:33 a.m. Exercise F5 button. (Note: Use various rhythms/add sound effects for variety)
4:45 a.m. Get coffee
4:46 a.m. Push F5 for 20 minutes using above system
5:00 a.m. More Coffee
5:01 a.m. - 2:59 p.m.-
This is where the exercise comes in. It develops multi-tasking and advanced yoga techniques as you carry on your other duties of the day while keeping the F5 going non-stop. This takes talent and dedication to achieve.
3:00:20 p.m. Cartwheels!
3:01 p.m. Jumping Jacks!
3:02 p.m. Do the Hamster Dance 2 times (just 'cause it's so fun!)
3:03 p.m. Play with new toys!
Happy Dreams for another month!
