I've just installed Equinox on our website, but when I try to make SEO Friendly urls it kills the CSS in most of the pages for some reason.
I was using the rename htaccess.txt file to .htaccess and selecting SEF urls on the global configuration. Is there a vital part I'm missing on changing this?
I'm going to have to change the site back to unfriendly urls, so I can edit the site today - so you won't be able to see the .htacces or seo friendly urls effect anymore.
So I'll post the effect below instead - this is my Courses page with seo friendly urls:

It's definately without CSS on all pages but the home page - no images or anything, just text if I try to use SEO friendly urls.
