All Rocketlauncher files Corrupted ?

I tried to download two different RocketLauncher files Joomla_RT_MetaMorph_j15 and Joomla_RT_Versatility4_j15, to unzip them with winrar and alzip and I got four times the same error "header file corrupted" when I opened the files. So,tho way to unzip none of those files.
I have also tried to download with firefox and ie, but same result.
Any idea ?
