Hello,
Curious on how to do this but I was wondering how to set up my own "site down page" before uploading joomla files into a server, I am thinking of transferring to another server and would like to put a site under maintenance page for the time being. I guess I just set up a file under index.php and add some logos.
Just curious.

- You can create an index.html page and upload it in root directory
