Why rockettheme keeps mentioning rokbox in new templates ?

Because Opera changes its behaviours everytime a new release came out, sometimes going against all the standards and making not only hard to being tracked down, but also pretty much hard to find a hack that let the things work with Opera. Fortunately is probably the less used browser.
Can you confirm this attached version, 1.2.1 of RokBox, solves the issue of the window positioning? I'm not sure what you meant with "it simply doesn't work", the only minor issue I noticed was the window not being positioned in the center of the screen.
Let me know and I'll update the rwerx page soon.

Thanks for your reply.
V1.2.1 is working much better (the picture is now loading in the center of the screen and not in the bottom of the site as before in opera V9.62) but
1) the title and descripion is not being displayed at all (in opera)
2) if the images are in an album and one clicks the next button to see the next picture I am getting an error (in opera) and the picture keep loading for ever

You sure about the title and description? Cose I can see it working with opera on demo:

Make sure you have caption enabled in RokBox options.

- Also, on your site you're running both jQuery and MooTools. It seems that could be the reason of RokBox not working properly, can you try disabling jceutils?
