Hey all. I'm new and had a question about template usage. I hope this is the right place to ask. Anyway...
If I use a RT template for a client within one of my entitlements and he hosts the template with another hosting provider, in what ways am I liable if he decides to use that template in 2 or 3 of his own web sites?

Basically, you can't 'give' him the template, i.e. the template file of the Rocket Launcher, but you can create a site for him with it.
E.g., develop his site on your localhost or test server and when he's happy with it you transfer the completed site to his domain. - Thanks,

i newbie @ here
i just worry something about terms of use also,
i joined for Mixxmag template and now i downloaded it ,
but i couldnt see any license options at here
So how can you understant that which template im using for my page ?
And i understood that i can use all templates at my pages , is that true ?
i have 3 and more sites at my server so can i use templates for all of them? :shock:

- You have the choice to use 'any' template, however, you are restricted in the amount of instances you can use at any one time. This number is based on your membership term and your prior membership. We call these your 'entitlements'. If you joined for 1 year of the Joomla Template Club that gives you 3 entitlements, so although you can choose from any of our 80+ templates, you can only use 3 at any one time. Hope that makes sense.
