    How to make a link that goes to a specific part of a page?

      How is everyone? For some reason, I can't remember what this is called and how to this. Apologies but I want to make a link that goes to a specific part of a page, especially in a long article...

      Not clear enought?

      OK Something similar to what wikipedia does...

      e.g. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joomla

      They have several links in the content box... History, Features, Criticism, and etc.
      When you click on it, it drives the page down to the specific title you want on the same page.
      Now all I want to do is know how to generate a link that drives the page down to a specific topic.
      Can someone show me how to do this please???
