Has anyone here used the YooTools YooToolTip on their template? I installed the plugin on Replicant 2 and I can't get it to work.
I want to add a tooltip to each image in an article. As per their tutorial I insert the code: {yootooltip title=[<img src="images/stories/logo_1.jpg">] width=[200] display=[block]} Tooltip Content{/This is a test}.
The code shows up in the article and the image appears in the code line where the addy is. I have rechecked my syntax...it looks ok.
I am using the JCE editor in place of tiny MCE. My site is still on test server(xampp).
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Have you inquired at YooTheme?
Most of us are not familiar with their components.
You can try turning off the code clean up feature in JCE or use no editor when pasting code.
You could also try a different 3rd party component. - Thanks,

Hi JEM ! I pasted the code in html mode (hide editor). My post on their site is still unanswered. Do you have any suggestions on a tooltip? I am looking for something with visual impact. I saw a nice one at "Shape 5".
I have not done anything to a website in over 8 years. Catching up on everything I've missed is proving to be a painful experience. lol.

Not surprised about unanswered posts over there....
I don't have any suggestion for a tool tip component besides searching the JED at jooml.org.
