Help needed with IE and wrappers....

  • Help needed with IE and wrappers....

    • I have an online store on my site www.tonyromo9.com and have two problems really....

the first problem is that I am using paypal snippets and if I create a custom module or article and paste in the HTML code it strips out the Paypal snippet code and my buttons dissapear. (if there is a solution for that then the rest of this post is irrelevant)

my work around was to create a stand along html page and put it in a wrapper but now my PNG files are not transparent in IE... they are fine in firefox and safari.

is this an Iframe issue in IE and is there a fix to get it to look the same in IE as it does in FF and Safari

FireFox wrapper screen cap that shows transparency

If you turn off your WYSIWYG editor in your Global Configuration the rotten little begger won't strip the HTML - I believe you can also hit the "HTML Source" button for the same effect ... not exactly certain on the second point though (I don't trust WYSIWYG and don't use them).
