  • Template Extensions zip missing the XML file

    • NEWBIE!

      I recently purchased a template design.
      After installing the template I tried to install the Extensions ZIP and it gave me an error saying that the zip is missing an XML file needed to upload successfully.

      Any Suggestions on who I need to talk to?

    • Did you first unzip the package, it often contains several extensions.
