I Need phpBB Help.

I downloaded the main folder for the Metamorph phpBB template and loaded it into my ftp manager through network solutions I put it in the styles folder in the phpBB folder in the htdocs folder. But when I go to look for the template it is not in the styles tab in the admin tools, only the other original templates that it came with.
Now I see the metamorph folder in the file manager next to the other two original templates, but it is not showing up as an option in the actual phpBB.
Please help!
Very Frustrated.

It takes a bit of time to set everything up but you can do it!
