Rokbox module not working using IE

  RokBox works perfectly in Firefox & Safari but not in IE.
  
  Any ideas on why it won't work? Anything I can do to get it working in IE?

  you are using equinox which comes along with rokzoom. rokzoom needs to be uninstalled completely or rokbox might not work.

  Found Rokzoom and deleted it but has made no difference. Still get the message: error on page.

  i still see in your source code that rokzoom is being loaded, not sure why but i will ask the other mods for help.
  
  you could also check if this is maybe a conflict between rokbox.js and another extension that is being loaded: modules/ja_header/ja.header.js
  
  try disabling ja_header, clear your cache and chaeck if rokbox will work in ie.
