- Yes, I disabled it, tried it and it made no difference so I enabled it again.

- please also check your parameters set for rokzoom again.
  
  change "enable rokzoom" to "false"

  Needless to say I'm not a lover of IE. However, because most people still use it I've got to find a solution or completely redo the page which would be a shame as it looks great in FF & Safari.
  
  I hope someone comes up with a solution and I'll happily give access to the admin area of the site if this helps.

  Try uninstalling it completely.
