HTTPS IE8 warning message

Yeah everyone,
Been trying to figure this one out for awhile now and thought perhaps someone here might have some insight. I have attached the warning message I get on a page I manage.

I just recently noticed this error message when viewing the page site in IE 8 only. I did some digging around and found solutions to do client side, but would like to find out what is causing the message to appear in the first place.
I had thought it might be the GoDaddy seal so I unpublished that. I also unpublished the module with my Google Analytics code in it. After doing so I still get the warning message.
I installed httpwatch to see if any of the links were non-HTTPS and was unable to identify any that were so I am kinda stumped at the moment.
I also notice that IE8 says the the browser is in compatibility mode when viewing this page and I am not sure what is causing that either.
Any ideas would be helpful, remember I am looking for a server side fix not a client side one. - It's not wise to mess with a wookiee!
