    Joomla connections staying open, giving 500 server errors

    • Hi everybody!
      Question: when people are viewing my site the connections are staying open. Is there any solution for this?

      I logged into today, only to be greated by a "500 server error" got on customer support, said all the imap connections were open. Uh-oh. Any extentions,settings, tweeks, I can use to make sure the connections CLOSE?

    • Please check for these steps:

      1) Did you make changes in htaccess.txt file
      2) What have you set memory_session limit

      Also, Contact your hosting service provider for the issue

      1) Clear your browser cache if changes dont reflect
      2) Provide link to your site to help us help you better
      3) Use in firebug

    • Thanks for the reply, Amandeep. I have made changes to the htaaccess file, mainly renaming in .htcaccess. Where do I set the momory_session limit?
