SOLVED Do phpBB3 themes have full names as custom fields?

I really like the phpBB3 club themes. When I look at the demos I see the username is given next to a post, while in the RocketTheme forums the full name is displayed (like on this post, on the right, you can see my real name). Is it difficult to change to theme so that it will display the full name rather than the username? I know about custom profile fields, but don't know how hard it would be to modify the templates or if one is even allowed to.
In the site I'm building, people know each other's names, but probably not their usernames.
Before I buy, I just wanted to ask how difficult if would be to add full names.

After posting, I discovered that under the ACP, going to General-->Board Features, then scrolling down to 'Load Settings' gives me the options I was looking for. - --
