Menu links change url.

- Hi!
  Im using the mixxmag template and i started to get this error.
  The links on all menus, sometimes add to the url "extra stuff" that cause error 404.
  
  Example, the url is " www.matematicasparatodos.com.uy/matriales/integrales.html " and when i click in the menu links the url i go is:
  " www.matematicasparatodos.com.uy/index.ph...ales/integrales.html "
  in the menu link something add index.php/component/user/.
  In some place the urls are changed, and i cant find the error
  MAybe someone knows...

- Check mod_rewrite is enabled in the global configuration.

- Enabled but i try disable it and i have the same problem.
