Hi, I am looking for an booking template for a hotel online booking site, I don't find anything that i can use...joomla.com does not have anything that i like...does anyone know about a good solution..
bestofjommla.com does not have anything that is good enough...Anyone..??

From a quick look at that site, I think that it is not the template that is the complex part of the site; it is, to use Joomla terminology, the addons/components that are used to display the information boxes and search facilities and the other module content. You need to search the Joomla Extensions Directory to see if those are available. Others with a greater knowledge of what is available in the JED might be able to give your more precise suggestions.
I think that you could use any of the recent templates, with the low level graphics selected in the style. The low level graphics omit the fancy backgrounds, which allows the focus to be on the content.
