Can't login to administrator

    • HI, I am having trouble to login to administrative area, I am getting the following error:

      Warning: require(/home/SITE/public_html/SITE_FOLDERi/administrator/modules/mod_rokadminaudit/tmpl/default.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/SITE/public_html/SITE_FOLDER/administrator/modules/mod_rokadminaudit/mod_rokadminaudit.php on line 33

      Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/SITE/public_html/SITE_FOLDER/administrator/modules/mod_rokadminaudit/tmpl/default.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/SITE/public_html/SITE_FOLDER/administrator/modules/mod_rokadminaudit/mod_rokadminaudit.php on line 33

    • hi there,

      you could try to disable the rokadminaudit module in your database by using phpmyadmin for example.

      open phpmyadmin and select your database. then click 'search'.

      in the search screen, use the keyword 'adminaudit' and select all tables to search in them.

      in the results screen you will get an entry inside jos_modules (could be something else but jos_ depending on your database prefix). next to the search result click the 'browse' button.

      then you'll see the entry itself. select it using the checkbox and click the little pen (edit).

      in the next screen find the setting for 'published' and change that from 1 to 0 and save, see screenshot.

      then try to login again.

      ah, nice to hear this worked! i am not sure, do you have the latest version of it installed?
      if not, try upgrading to see if that solves it. if not, we can dig deeper to find out why this happens.
