If not, any clue where I could find templates that fall in this category that work in Joomla or WordPress? I - for the life of me - don't even know how to describe these to do an effective google search (I'm new to this)... I am looking for something that's really classy, clean, and simple... Any idea of how to describe these or possibly a place where I can find templates that are similar?
Also, how about a cool portfolio site similar to this?

The first is also a custom coded site as well, not Joomla or any other type of CMS.
You could mimic the look and some of the functionality with several RT templates (creating the site with just Modules and not using Articles), but if you really want something closer to what you've provide links to, without a ton of custom coding, you won't get it with Joomla, the templates we provide, or as far as I've seen, any other Joomla template you might find. - Thanks,

Thanks JEM! Is that something I could probably find on for WordPress? Maybe a Wordpress Premium Template? Any suggestions there?
I am intrigued by the notion of possibly doing something with just the modules without the articles though!

I'm not too familiar woth WP, so I don't know what's out there as far as 'premium' templates, besides whet we offer...

And as Rich mentioned, the other are flash based.
I don't think you are going to find a CMS type template (Joomla, WP, Drupal, etc.) that is going to look like that 'out of the box'.
Again you might come close, or be satisfied with something similar, but if you really want it to look like one of those sites and your not a wizard with Fireworks or Photoshop and the like, you'll probable have to hire someone to do (a lot) of custom work. - Thanks,

Strictly speaking from RT Templates, Panacea would probably be a good place to start, but as JEM said, it'll take quite a bit of modification and honestly would be a bit of overkill considereing what gantry has to offer vs. what would be required. (IMHO)
The must be 21 to enter, click here is pretty useless even from a legal standpoint as far as I'm aware, but you can get the same effect with a standard index.html file in the root.

- It's their home page....there is a statement on it that says you must be 21 or over to enter this website because it's talking about alcohol.
