Shopping Cart / Online Shop - suggestions?

This is driving me nuts lol ... trying to find something to use (or a styling already available in joomla) that would allow me the feel of an online shop.
I really like the boxes and product listings with RokQuickCart however will be unable to use it as my client has a third party shopping cart system (so I will be manually entering codes with products listings). They use Americart which is simply pasting some code in the html for each product.
I am wondering if there are any modules or page stylings within Joomla that would emulate the look of RokQuickCart product listings? OR are there extensions available, free or otherwise? I don't even know the correct terminology for what I am looking for, which means it is taking longer for me to find a solution to something that quite possibly is an easy answer(?)
Any suggestions would be very welcome and much appreciated!
