Syndicate Issues in IE7

The Syndicate template does not display the Overlay image in the main heading when browsing in IE7. I have not been able to get this to work and I noticed that the same issue is showing up on the rockettheme demo site.
Please advise.

After extensive digging I found the solution. Here are the steps:
• Make a backup copy of /templates/rt_syndicate_j15/css/template-ie7.css
• Open the template-ie7.css file and go to the /* Zooms */ section (about line 9)
• The first line in that section begins with (#rt-debug, #rt-bottom-surround,…) navigate further down that line and find and then delete the entry (#rt-navigation,)
• Save and close the file. That’s it.
