I'm trying to setup a shopping cart system on the Tachyon template that is simple yet visual pleasing. Here's a site that I like:

I've used Joomla for a few years...I've taken a break over the past year and I'm rusty on the newest extensions. What extension(s) could I use to accomplish this? I will use ejunkie as the shopping cart system, but was wondering what photo gallery extension I could use for the site that would be most simple.
