Very hard Joomla login problem. Can somebody offer advice?

Hi all.
www.muhendispc.com was running happily until Rochen decided to drop support for PHP 5.2 and upgraded to 5.3. As a new user, I did not understand their warning message - I still do not know how to check for potential PHP 5.3 version incompatibility anyway.
Anyway, it was running on Linux, MySQL, PHP 5.2, Joomla 1.5.20, RT Zeyphyr as front end template and RT Mission Control as back-end template and JSecure for admin login redirection.
My problem is that it is not possible to login and admin backend screen. The screen just refreshes itself. I have reset Super Admin password a number of times and I know I am using the correct password. I have tried a lot of tricks and solutions mentioned in a number of forums, but no solution yet.
1 ) I checked configuration.php and htaccess files - they are fine.
2 ) I deleted RT Mission Control and reverted back to Khepri - no solution.
3 ) I went into phpAdmin and did everything suggested to be done there, no solution.
4 ) Tried everything mentioned here, no solution : www.pwrusr.com/web-master/cannot-login-t...mla-backend-as-admin
5 ) Created a new database, installed new joomla into sub-folder, moved Joomla database contents to the new database, changed configuration.php to new database... not working.
Anybody who can refer me to a different solutions - I would be grateful.
