    • I have moved my configuration outside of public HTML and chmoded it to 400 for security
What other files should I do this to so Joomla is more secure
Also, what other things could I do?

    • Yeah, and the bit about moving files outside of public_html
What I need to know is, what files is it worth moving outside public_html?

    • just your configuration.php.

as for folders, move the cache folder out.

create a new folder outside public_html and change the path to it in admin global config.
