    • Hi, in my experience your friends are the ones to watch out for :D . They always seem to be the hardest people to get money out of.

      I personally have done away with contracts unless the client requests them or it's a very large sum of money. I use a retainer, meaning money up front then I work off the hours. If you do it that way you can regulate the number of hours you work and you never get burned or have to hold the work back - just give them what they pay for. Even with a contract you roll the dice on getting paid if you're working without money up front. Just my opinion.
