Advice needed for custom login page

Morning all
Before i go and post up for custom work to be done i would like to know if anyone has any ideas on my project.
I am currently developing a invite only website for our football clients and i need to have a login page on top of our current website so only clients with a VIP access login can enter.
The website cannot be accessed or viewed without entering a Joomla username and password on a slash type page.
Please see my screenshot as a reference to the page.

That is one of the features yes.
We also would like the login to be a Joomla login and not the coded version they have.
With these two features i think it would be perfect.
