I have an Uncle that lives in Denver, CO. and he has just started a new company from scratch. It is called Colorado Towel and Tissue and He asked me to come up with a Website, Logo's, Branding Images, etc.
So, I was wondering if I could get someone with a "Fresh-Eye" to give me some feedback. If anyone has any ideas, please "shout them out!".
The image that I am posting is done in multiple layers.
Branding Image: The three multi-layered vertical arrows with the CTT. This will be used on smaller media (business cards, shirts, hats, etc.).
The entire image: The panorama with the full mountains will be used on larger media (letterheads, invoicing, painted on the delivery vans, etc.)
Thanks for taking a look at this, I just need someone with a "fresh-eye!"
Thanks,
Wage

hey wage! long time, no talk. glad to see you're feeling better!
for the logo, overall i think it's a great logo and nicely done. my honest feedback would be that i doesnt necessarily say 'towel or tissue' to ME at first glance. a couple suggestions, maybe some softer colors and more of a rounded and softer look to the letters and shapes.
I think i have an idea for you, and since you helped me with a logo several years back, not long after i joined RT i will put a mock up or something together for you and share.
Prim: Now that you mention it, it does kinda look "maritime!"I didn't catch that!
The client (My Uncle) wanted to focus on the "CTT" acronym. I just didn't know how much or how little emphasis to give it!
I designed this so that he could just use the 3-arrows with the CTT for "BRANDING" on small media. The entire image for letterheads, invoicing, and Van decor!
As for the lack of visual referencing towel and tissue, THAT WAS the first direction I went in. I had towel textures and tissue textures but he wanted something a little less graphic and I really needed something that would "scale" properly. When I got too "graphic" the scaling was terrible. I then decided to "minimize" it for scaling purposes. The image I posted is actually larger than how they will be used.
Thanks for the feedback so far! Keep it coming!

I like that a lot! It is good to collaborate with someone again!
I like how you used the "Roll" into the image because he does do floor mats too! He delivers them cleaned and rolled! So, that was a nice work-in.
Would you mind if I send him this and get his opinion?
Anymore ideas are WELCOME!

I sent him the logo from you and he really "digs-it!" Do you have an raw version that I could tweak a bit?
He's going to be using an old-fashioned dot-matrix (impact printer) with duplicate / triplicate copies for delivery tickets and invoicing. I will have to take that into consideration in certain areas.
Eventually, he will have his blank invoices with the color logo pre-printed. But for now, he will print the entire logo and all.
Thanks again dude!
Anymore ideas are very much welcome!
