It is presumably the case that the newest design elements are placed into the most recent template.
That is why you need to catch up on your wordpress themes guys. You are now 8 months behind on your wordpress themes. This means that you are spitting out 8 month old styling on your wordpress club stuff. Yootheme and others have the newest joomla and wordpress at the same time.
I have been a developer level member for a long time, and can't say enough good about rockettheme. But more and more of my clients think they want wordpress. There is no good reason except all the gurus are telling them that wordpress is where it is at.
But I can't buy into your wordpress club because it is too obvious that it is so far behind your joomla club in styling cues. Just dump the ones in between and catch up to bring out your themes in both CMS's at the same time, would be my humble suggestion. I find myself staring at yootheme (and downloading from them) too much, and I love you guys. Just a thought from someone who cares.
