SOLVED can articles be tagged to multiple categories

- I thought one of the taxonomy enhancements of Joomla 1.6/7/2.5 was that you could tag content to multiple categories. I'd prefer not having to create the same article for multiple categories. If this was built into Joomla 2.5, it was well hidden. Anyone figured out how to do this? I'd appreciate any help. Thanks,
