I have a new client who needs a ecommerce type site without the ecommerce functionality.
They manufacture high end ski racing equipment that they sell to retail outlets. They want a catalog of all of their product but those items cannot be purchased on their site.
A user would go to this site, find the item they want to buy, click on it and it would take them to a list of retail stores (both online and brick and mortar) that sell that particular item.
They explained to me they want something very similar to /http://www.spyder.com/
So all of the look and feel of a ecommerce site without the shopping cart.
Any suggestions?
