My website business is growing, and I think it would be a good idea for me to outsource some of the technical tasks. More specifically, after I finish a site, I always have to-do lists of polishes the client wants (ex. adding RSS). Or there are upgrades to make (ex. changing the calendar to GCalendar from JEvents). Has anyone else found the need to start to outsource a bit? If so, where have you found the help?
