Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL

I'm a NEWBIE.
I installed rocket launcher per the demo video and had the site working with demo data. then i FTP my files from local machine (ALL files) to my site and get the error above when trying to access site.
What i do to fix? what i do to not do again?

Uploading the files is one thing. What is missing is the database files.
If you have made no change to the demo, it would be better to do a fresh RocketLauncher installation.
If already done many changes, install Joomlapack and create a site backup (single ZIP archive with all the files, database and installer) and restore it online, like a standard Joomla installation. - Yves

well, my site was working good, but today show this error message "Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL"
I check my DB and is there with all the info, I don't know how can i reconnect or reconfig.
Please if someone can help me with this I will appreciate.
