If you mean that you want to edit it to add a Contact's details, you do that through Contact Manager. If you mean that you want to have different fields, then you would need to edit the program code for the Contact page. I have not seen anything in this forum to show how that is done - it is a Joomla issue rather than a template issue.
I'm sure that others will give you more details.
