Been working on an integration of Joomla with Ruby on Rails... mentioning it here because I found the Rocket Themes the best and most versatile out there. Combining Joomla, using an awesome template and powerful extensions, along with the customization possible with Rails seems like a powerful combo.
That being said, there is a lot of work a head of us and we are open to anyone with good php or rails experience that is willing to lend a hand.
