how to dock top nav menu bar?

Hi,
Can someone tell me how to make the top nav menu stay at the top of the page so that it is always visible when someone scrolls down. I *think* it's called "docking" and I *think* you do it with CSS, but not sure how to make it happen.I am using meridian with moomemu enabled.
