    Display keyword mysql database query

    • We have a database with hundreds (will grow to thousands) of categorized pieces of information. We would like for users to be able to performa a keyword search and have the results displayed (much like searching the forums here at RT). The closest thing I've found is Fabrik, but it sounds difficult. Does anyone have a suggestion? Could the Vortex phpBB3 be configured to interact with a db instead of acting as a forum?

    • Went with Sobi2. Also made a clone (rather tricky in MS Windows) to handle a different data set.
