RokBox Useable for a Roadblock Ad?

hello!
I am trying to use RokBox as a roadblock advertisement or if they go by another name, please let me know. It is where when you enter a site, there is an ad and it appears in the middle of the screen and you have to click the X to make it disappear (site is faded in the backdrop). It would seem RokBox is doing just that with only a few modifications?? If so, how?
What would I need to do to make it so that when you arrived on the site it automatically appeared? I would have to make a call from within the template (I think) and invoke a call to it, but what call to make?
Utlimately, it would be nice that if an article or module which contained a particular piece of code could invoke the RokBox automatically would provide me with the ability to control what pages this would appear on and not be part of the template so that it happens every single time the template loads.
