I've never used it before today, but I received an email saying try it for free for 30 days. I downloaded, installed it and I am noticing some performance improvements in XP.
I've google searched and can't really find anything that would suggest performance enhancements. I'm wondering if the stock XP themes are larger in size and I just installed one that has a smaller footprint. Just curious if anyone knows more about it.
So far, I like it!

I have used Window Blinds for a long time and have always enjoyed it. I didn't notice any performance improvement but it has been so long since I was without it I really couldn't tell you.
They have another great product - Multiplicity, that I just LOVE. It allows you to operate 2 computers with one keyboard and mouse. I just set my laptop down next to my desktop and get the use of both machines. You can even cut and paste from one to the other.
Cool! Haven't heard of that one.
Doesn't XP pro support something like that too? Can't remember exactly, but I think a service called Remote Desktop -or- Remote Assistance does the same thing... I've never used either one but it seems I remember that those were two protocols that were dropped in Vista and added back-in for windows 7.
Thanks for the response!

I uninstalled it. It worked fine except for the emulated transparency in XP or something like that. It may not have liked my video driver or something. I started getting flicker when ever one window was over another. Well, I enjoyed trying it, but I can live without it!
BTW, I also tried fences, liked it but uninstalled it too! Again, what's the point?
I like the object dock plus and will continue to use that, but will pretty much leave XP alone otherwise.
