in the template-parameters you can disable the rockettheme branding (under features)
BTW this should be for "Announcements" only. Better post in the template-specific part of this forum ...

Thanks for the comment on the larger images. I am experimenting with them to see if I can get the look that I want. It's good to know that somebody else is thinking about that. It makes sense that you would make the demo images smaller in order to let them load faster.

- Been looking around and can't find how to disable the rotator on the home page. In Gantry settings it's set to disable, but that may be for the articles that float in the image. How do I turn off the rotator.

- It's a per Menu Item configuration, you have to click on "Menu Items" -> "Home" and disable/manage from there.
