    Bookmarks mod added to forum

Posted 17 years 1 month ago
    • By popular demand, the bookmarks mod for SMF has been added. you can now bookmark a thread, and it will show up under the "My Bookmarks" menu item in the forum submenu above. Thanks Peter Osipof for doing all the leg work on this.

      cheers.

    • Excellent! I was one of the voices that stated that this would be a good addition - woo hoo, great to see it implemented!

I also notice that the forums navigation (breadcrumbs?) was made horizontal recently, an improvement over the vertical menu IMHO.

      GREAT work Andy!

      Cheers!

    • Andy,
Any issues implementing this at RT?

Curious if you ran into any problems and any hacks you need to do to get it working.

    • I implemented with the help of Peter O. But after the move I noticed it was not working, i'm not sure why. Even after changing SEF components, it's still not working. I'll revist this when we do the RT redesign in the next month or so.

Best of luck getting this feature working when you can Andy!

    • I hate to be a pest, but I really miss this feature, any chance that we can get it working again?

Failing that, I shall create a folder in my bookmarks to save RTTC threads that I will want to refer back to. ;) I should have done this long ago - d'oh!

      Cheers!
