As Luke stated above, we are playing catch-up with the themes, so Crystalline will come along at some point.
As for custom work, RocketTheme doesn't currently take custom work, but you can always check the MarketPlace forum.

Now that D7 is officially released, we will begin the push to get our themes converted and working in D7.
No official ETA though yet on when those will be released.

When will Crystalline be available in Drupal? I want it now, but yesterday would work too!!!
