    • Can someone perhaps assist me. When trying to change the CHMOD for the template folder and for anything inside it I get the following:

      Unable to change permission, file has different UID (102)

      The Server support team can fix this but everytime I install or reinstall a template I end up with the same problem which results in me not being able to overwrite any template files or images.. such as the logo.png

      I would like to know how to fix this myself because the support is very slow.

      Can anyone advise?

    • Seeing your error message, I think only your hosting can fix it. It seems your account is owned by the apache or httpd user and is not under your actual user account. You also mentioned the support is very slow... so, I can only say, you might want to switch to other better server which is more secure and reliable.
