backup data in mysql without template

I have a siteA with data and a templateA. Now I want to go to siteB with another templateB installed with rocketthemelauncher (and installation of the sample data to learn what the template has to offer) but I want to import the data and only the data from siteA. Does anyone knows which tables I have to copy (to have all the data) and if there is a program that is user friendly to do this? And most important, can I add in stead of overwrite?
