Global configuration issue and error messages on site page

I installed Kinetic Rocket Launcher which installs Joomla 1.5. When I go to my site at http://kaylerlawfirm.com I get the same "garbage" as I see on my Joomla administrator page for Global Configuration. I tried downloading a fresh Kinetic Rocket Launcher and re-installing it but without any difference.
I see this issue on Chrome, Firefox and Safari. Haven't tried IE.
Help will be greatly appreciated!
