Hi KSA,
Most buttons and inputs are controlled by the CSS of the template being used. As you have not provided a link to your site and have not posted in the forum appropriate to a specific template we are unable to advise at the momemnt.

Not knowing what you want all I can do is point you in the right direction. I would suggest you use Firefox and Firebug to test your ideas before changing files. If you need to know more about that then use the link in my sig.
The existing styling comes from 3 files - overlays.css (lines 166 & 167), template.css (lines 136 & 138) and templategecko.css (line 19). Some of these lines involve images, though you can use the source files to adapt these as required.
The styling in the files affects all read-on buttons, even those in articles, blogs and other pages. My advice is to create a new css option in template.css and call it .rt-joomla .contact .readonstyle-button .readon and then add the various parameters that you need to change.
Sorry I can't be more precise but this will help you get towards your goal.
This will allow you to make changes that will affect only the button on the contact page.
