Template not working on redirected Domain

- I have my standard domain www.sutton.simple-helix.net/petfriendlyhalifax redirected to www.petfriendlyhalifax.com the template works when i type in the long one but not with the short one.
  
  any ideas?

- They are both showing a graphic theme? the petfriendlyhalifax.com only shows text and no images on any computer I look at it with. The other shows the theme as it should.

- You have installed the template / joomla in a sub folder....

  Again, both work for me if I direct my browser to the proper directory...
