Our administrator page

page is coming up completly blank. We have not made any recent changes on the site and the last time I used it a month or two again it was working fine.
The error_log is producing this error

Can anyone help me work out how to fix this error as I am completly lost and this website is a major source of income for the company.
We did have a security issue and the website was hacked late Nov/Dec last year but it was all fixed and working again.

Maybe something changed at your host?

You might want to compare your Vertigo/administrator files against the download package to make sure their identical.
